Hospital Visitors

While we were in the hospital we had lots of visitors. Even though the hospital said no children other than siblings, we snuck a few in. All the Beck clan came and were wonderful. I asked Brent after they left if PaPaw threatened them to death because all five were angels and so quiet!! I am just glad they all got to come visit and meet Kelton.

Trying to Get it All Done

We have made it home from the last post and are trying to settle into a routine and get some stuff done around the house. Life is totally crazy and on the go with three boys now. It seems that all I have been doing is dishes, laundry, picking up, feeding, or playing with the boys(very limited). I am not sure that I have gotten much done but we are getting better everyday and are trying to start marking things off my list again. I feel wonderful and have lots of energy but time is limited. I am hoping to start posting blogs from the hospital to Andy's visit to all our outings. There may be lots of pics and totally out of order so just keep reading and hope it all makes sense!!

Still at hospital

We are still at the hospital today despite Cheryl's wishes.  All doctors had given the okay to go home today and we had planned to pick Andy up at the airport at 1pm and head to Lamesa.  Slight glitch happened though.  Cheryl has been Group B Strep positive throughout the pregnancy and was treated at delivery.  No big deal except the antibiotics were supposed to be given for four hours.  We were only three hours since Kelton came so quickly.  So-- we are waiting another day for tests and cultures to check out okay on him just to make sure nothing is wrong.  Very unlikely but better safe than sorry.  So we will check out hopefully early tomorrow morning and beat everyone home from church!!  Baby and mom are doing great though and dad is being a wonderful help and support through it all.

Kelton Blake arrived

Head full of hair
Our wonderful, Dr. Burley, who caught the baby just in time!!
Please, don't show me how much I weigh
Bright eyes and talking to Momma
Already following in Daddy's footsteps- Kicked back and relaxed!!

Kelton Blake was welcomed into the world around 10:20 this morning.  He weighed 6 lbs 11 oz and 19 inches long.  He has a head of brown hair with nearly blonde highlights.  It is long enough for a haircut or a cute curl for a little girl according to all the nurses.  Mom is doing great.  Luckily, labor was only 2 1/2 hours since epidural did not arrive on time.  All are resting and the brothers love him.  Karson is excited to meet "Goofy" and loves to hold him.  He is wonderful.  Korbin is not sure of it all and is in his own world playing with other items.  We'll try to keep posting more pics as we get them and have time.

Baby #3 AKA "Special K" or "Goofy"(by Karson)

Anxiously awaiting the arrival of #3. Lyneil and her three boys are here so everyone is on the go and keeping things lively. We haven't had time to stop and think about a new baby yet. We are glad to get to share the newest Beck cousin with everyone here!!

Our boys

We are blessed with two (nearly three) handsome, energetic, fun-loving boys. Karson and Korbin love the outdoors and anything to do with their daddy. We love to visit the farm to ride horses and drive the tractors.

New Blog

Much to everyone's delight I have started a blog FINALLY!! Hopefully, it will be an easier way for family to keep up with the boys and our crazy life. Exciting news--- Baby # 3 is coming tomorrow!!! We will try to have some pictures and an update after the arrival.
